The total cost for your project typically ranges from $4,000 to $10,000 USD (deposit included), with a $2,000 USD deposit required to begin.

Interest-free payment plans are automatically included for every project. For individual brand or web projects, payments are spread over 4 months. If you choose both brand and web design, payments are extended over 13 months, ensuring your investment is manageable while we bring your vision to life.

Payments can be made via debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB & Diners Club), bank debit (available for the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe), ACH bank transfer, or Zelle (USA only).

We provide maintenance for your website after launch for a limited time: 3 months for standalone brand or web projects, and 11 months for combined brand and web projects.

During the handover meeting at the completion of your project, we’ll walk you through routine website maintenance tasks, and we’ll record the meeting for your convenience. Generally, websites built on Squarespace require minimal to no ongoing maintenance.

In general, yes. We will work with you in the weeks leading up to your project to gather the necessary content and media. Having your content ready—such as images, and any other materials—helps ensure a smooth and efficient design process.

No, we don’t expect you to be constantly available during the entire project. We ask that you respond to any communications from us within 3 business days.

Due to the time-intensive and digital nature of our work, we do not offer refunds if you decide to change your mind or cancel the project before completion.

One person will be assigned to collaborate with you on your project from beginning to end.
